You can say its new since I just received my construction home and replaced it with another thermostat immediately. Programmable thermostat for standard ac equipment programming option is 4 periods per day and 2 schedules week. Selling basically a brand new Carrier corporation Tbpac thermostat. Can be set up for schedules m-f and sat-sun or manual operation powered from equipment power supplied by battery with no common connected.

I don't have the original box but manual. Definitely, works and no issues whatsoever.
