Message me to find out shipping costs. The attached spec sheet is the only thing I could find but that a current for units they build today. It could be changed to all outside air or return. It has a chilled water coil and hot in it.

There is a variable frequency drive for the motor. This air handler was installed in a building for its entire life and only use the first year. This is a 460 volt 3 phase 25,000 cfm air handling unit. I have a used commercial air handling unit for sale.

This is not 100% accurate but I do believe the cfm correct. This unit is designed for outside air and return. The coils are good and not leaking. Its in really good condition and has a lot of life it.

I do have it on a trailer now that could be delivered to you for cost depending where you're at. I'm willing to help line up shipping for this unit.
